I have run the company since 2018. I started with welding projects in Western Pomerania; today we manage projects throughout Poland and abroad.
I am personally responsible for client engagements. I agree on the terms, schedule, and crew directly because, in welding work, technical details determine whether a project starts on time.

Accountability for the scope
We join the project as a subcontractor, not a broker. We are responsible for work organization, workmanship, and crew discipline.
Complete documentation, without exceptions
Every worker arrives on the project with a complete set of valid documents. We verify qualifications before assignment, not after an issue is reported.
One point of contact
The project has a foreman appointed by us, and the client has a designated contact for day-to-day coordination. Responsibility is never passed around.
