We handle the crew, qualifications, and paperwork

Your schedule does not have to wait for recruiting. We handle crew selection, qualification verification, and documentation so work can start on time.

Qualified people ready to work

A welder with current certification and experience producing inspected welds is not available overnight. We maintain access to job-ready personnel and verify qualifications before assigning anyone to a project.

We handle recruiting and selection

Building your own crew means weeks of job postings, interviews, weld tests, and medical examinations. That work falls on the project manager, whose focus should be project delivery. We take care of the entire process.

Paperwork and documentation handled

Employing and posting workers requires a complete set of documents and filings, and a subcontractor’s deficiencies can also expose the client. We handle it ourselves, including on projects outside Poland.

Engagement model

How you work with us

We are not a broker or staffing agency. We perform the assigned scope with our own crew under our own supervision. We do not enter a project as a labor supplier with no responsibility for organizing the work.

We are accountable for the scope, not only the headcount

We join the project as a subcontractor. We are responsible for work organization, workmanship, and crew discipline. Your project manager does not have to manage our people.

Supervision is on us

Every project has a foreman appointed by us. We also designate a person for day-to-day coordination with the client’s project manager. Communication is available in English.

Commercial terms matched to the project

We bill hourly for crew labor or at a fixed price for an agreed scope. We select the model when confirming the project requirements.

Poland and Western Europe

We perform projects throughout Poland and in European Union countries. We handle the formalities required to post workers abroad.

How the engagement works

From project requirements to the first day on site

You provide the scope and schedule. We take responsibility for the people, documentation, and mobilization. The process is the same regardless of project size; only the time needed to assemble the crew changes.

1

Project requirements

You provide the scope of work, required qualifications, location, and planned start date. Based on that information, we confirm availability.

2

Crew selection

We assemble the crew and verify qualifications. If the project requires specific welding processes or weld testing, we document them before assigning personnel.

3

Formalities

We prepare worker documentation and the filings required in the country of performance. We agree on the commercial terms, schedule, and billing method.

4

Project mobilization

The crew starts work under the supervision of our foreman. From day one, you have a designated contact for day-to-day coordination.

Foreman coordinating the crew using technical documentation
Scaling the crew

We build the crew in stages. After receiving the project requirements, we verify the availability of people with the required qualifications and confirm the mobilization date for the first group. We bring in subsequent groups on a schedule agreed with the client so work can begin without waiting for the full crew to be assembled.

We confirm availability and mobilization dates after reviewing each project request.

  • need to produce welds subject to inspection
  • crew size and project duration
  • project location
  • shift schedule
  • scope of responsibility assigned to us
What we provide
  • crew assembly and verification
  • complete worker documentation and filings
  • on-site supervision by our foreman
  • a designated contact for the project manager
  • worker accommodations

The scope and billing method for individual items are agreed separately for each project.
